About

An antiphon is a call and its response. It reflects how we work with you: in conversation from the first idea to the finished site.

Rosie Thompson

Rosie Thompson

  • Managing Director
  • Builds the sites
  • Films the places
  • Runs the social media

Chief sales and marketing officer at Watts & Co, the historic vestment makers in Westminster. She worked with almost every major cathedral in the country and many abroad, Westminster Abbey, Winchester, Exeter and Washington National Cathedral among them, and across denominations, in schools and parishes and for private clients. That range gives her an instinct for what a place actually needs, whether that is a welcome a newcomer can follow, a giving page that works, or a hall that pays for itself. It is why the design comes out sensitive to a place rather than imposed on it. Also runs The Haud, a marketplace for British heritage craft.

Joshua Lea

Joshua Lea

  • Creative director
  • Finds the visual language
  • Flies the drone

Studied drawing at Camberwell, then worked at the National Churches Trust, the charity that funds repairs to historic churches, where he took on the creative and web work and started flying a drone to film buildings for capital campaigns. His job here is to work out how a place’s history and story become visual: the cues, the colour, the direction of the whole thing, rather than a logo at the end of it.

Who you will work with

You work directly with the two of us, from the first conversation through to launch and beyond. We take on a small number of projects at a time, so we can visit and film your building ourselves.
